Responsibilities
  • This is arguably the most important position in our dealership. You are the overseeing the service team and acting as the bridge between our team and our customers. You lead the complicated process of assessing needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that our work meets the customers' expectations, while overseeing the processes and procedures we've established are followed to provide the best customer experience while maximizing opportunities for the department and team members.
  • Oversee the team of technicians to maximize productivity and maintaining an exceptional level of fixing the vehicles right the first time.
  • Review and ensure warranty documentation is completed correctly by our team and submitted to our third party warranty company for processing with Nissan.
  • Consistently monitor and review the service schedule to maximize business opportunities and drive growth in the department.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead and grow a team of individuals in a professional, ethical and consistent manner.
  • Multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and engineering
  • Experience as a service manager is definite plus in a franchised dealership.
  • Valid driver's license and able to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
