- Perform a wide range of automotive services, from simple oil changes and tire rotations to more complex tasks such as engine swaps and electric vehicle (EV) work.
- Conduct inspections, identify issues, and suggest necessary repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately troubleshoot and repair vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Own Tools: Must have your own set of professional-grade tools to perform the job effectively.
- NYS Inspector's License: A valid New York State Inspector's License is required.
- Experience: Previous experience as an automotive service technician is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, including advanced tasks such as engine swaps and EV maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
