Responsibilities/Requirements:
Prior Automotive Dispatch experience required (Min 1 year) understanding of CDK operating systems.
Ensuring the efficiency of shop operations and distribution of work
Fast paced position that requires a proactive approach and excellent problem solving skills.
Acting role as point of contact for Service Technicians, Advisors and Management.
Ability to schedule service appointments, work with vendors, insurance companies and Dealer manufacture.
Maintain accurate repair order organization, ability to identify/implement process improvements for increased efficiency and production.
Ensure shop compliance with safety requirements/regulations.
