Must have good communication skills. Must be confident in interacting with customer. Any previous experience in working with OEMs and customer is highly preferred. Familiar with a clear understanding/exposure - on the sales cycle from OEM's to Tier 1's - Quotation processes, Response with details like part cost, tooling cost, capital investments, packaging and other standard requirements with global OEM's Should be familiar with how OEM's conduct business with Tier 1 suppliers - processes, customer and supplier portals, exposure to customer systems would be added advantage Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to analyze data and trends, prepare written correspondence and presentations Organizational and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment. High level of commitment, sound judgment, great follow-through, and initiative Capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professional demeanor. A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to be proactive, to work independently of day-to-day supervision.
