We believe in transparency, customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive environment for both our team members and clients.Position Overview:Courtesy Chevrolet, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking multiple Automotive Technician's to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.What We Have To Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new detailing techniques and products.
