Technician Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs to all make and models to their specific standards.
- Follow approved protocols to complete services according to factory specifications.
- Complete routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, fluid exchanges, and multi-point inspections.
- Perform primary systems replacements and essential component repairs.
- Must be able to read, understand service details while recording.
- Must have safety as a top priority in the service dept.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Communicate directly with the ASM so that customer can be informed of any additional service that is needed.
RequirementsRequirements
- Must have a Valid Driver's License in good standing with DMV
- Able to pass background check
- Outstanding Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with a team.
