Come grow with us!Job Description:* Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucks* Perform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics work* Perform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blades, bulbs, performing test drives* Focus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs* Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customer and/or supervisor* Keep a clean and safe working environmentJob Requirements:* Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations* Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair* Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminars* Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives* Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records* Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks including computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair* Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety* Able to create estimates and advise customers of repairs/maintenance neededQualifications:* Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred* Strong verbal communication skills* Strong customer service skills* Follow company procedures and protocol* Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
