Ford factory certification training Friendly, team work environment Tech bonus programs Accuracy driven culture Job Type: Full-time, flexible schedule within normal operating hours Compensation: $22.00-$40.00/hour, bonuses available as well Requirements: 2 years of automotive technician experience Job Description: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, balances, fluid exchanges, tire mounting, small bulb replacement, battery test and installation, and performing complete inspections on vehicles, diagnostic, ac repair, recall and more. Some lifting required with this position of up to 75 to 100 lbs. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures. Complete on the job technical training as assigned by management. Produce quality work that shows pride of workmanship Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner. Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management Maintain the work space assigned in an organized and clean manner Ensure that customers' vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to dealership policies. Communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
