What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and more.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections, ensuring the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department to keep repairs on track and manage customer expectations.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive advancements through technical bulletins and training programs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or actively pursuing)
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and efficiency
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diagnostic equipment a plus
  • Team player with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ASE Certification a plus (Master Technician preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (for Master Technician position)
