Qualifications/Responsibilities:•Must have valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.•General Motors experience a plus but not mandatory.•Strong written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion.•Physically capable to stand, kneel and crawl for extended periods of time when necessary.•Ability to work as a team with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, fellow Technicians, and Management.•Work in a fast-paced environment, organized, and can manage your time.•Ability to maintain composure under stress.•Team oriented and receptive to new ideas.•Strong attention to details.•Perform services, including routine inspections and maintenance.•Candidate must be able to troubleshoot, analyze, and complete repairs.•Be able to communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs effectively to a Service Writer.•Input repair information into the computer system.•Perform quality checks such as road tests to ensure the client's concerns are properly addressed.•Maintain up-to-date training requirements.
