We invest heavily in our technology and our people to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.We're looking for an energized Automotive Technician with knowledge of diagnostics, service, and repairs to join our Las Vegas team! In this role, your job will be to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles that come into our repair facility. We are looking for a new team member who will work collaboratively and be able to problem-solve effectively with our different teams. What you'll do
- Act as the highest quality vehicle maintenance, diagnostic, and service technician
- Greet customers in a timely manner
- Perform all diagnostic and repair procedures including driver interactions at intake
- Provide training, assistance, and mentoring of technicians
- Clean and detail vehicles, as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on a continuous basis
- Maintains and executes system standards and visual management
- Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians to help upskill the team
- Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment
What we look for
- 3+ years of automotive experience with hands-on service, maintenance, and repairs
- Professional experience with new vehicle dealer services
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in automotive services
- Capable in mechanical and electrical diagnostics including OBD II and CAN
- Basic level of computer proficiency, required
- Valid unrestricted driver's license, required
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- OEM, ASE certifications preferred
- Toyota and Kia experience preferred
