Automotive Title Clerk

This position will be a critical and unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates must have employment experience in a similar role and be ready to work in a fantastic team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process all payoffs, registrations for new and pre-owned vehicle sales and purchases, all plate issuing and transfers, and obtain all dealer titles in the appropriate state

Work in conjunction with the Sales and Finance departments to obtain all required documentation for the purchase and titling process

Verify all required documentation and signatures are complete, accurate, and valid

Maintain all title records and documentation in accordance with individual state requirements

Maintain titles and MSO's for inventory

Responsible for processing and submitting title paperwork for sold vehicles

Maintain dealership DMS inventory accuracy and pricing

Researching and responding to registration and title questions

Responsible for resolving all issues and errors in a timely and professional manner

Stay current with all PennDOT training

Maintain accurate records at all times

Answer incoming phone calls

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a related position

Proven performance track record

Proven attendance track record

Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Ability to communicate customer interests, needs, and requests to management and personnel

Team-oriented

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Professional, personal appearance

Valid driver's license
