Automotive Warranty Clerk

Lexus of Orlando is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk with excellent customer and leadership service skills and a winning attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing manufacturer warranty claims and posting service invoices.
- Checking, verifying, and processing vehicle warranty repair claims, and following the receipt of payment from the manufacturer.
- Ensuring that all relevant and pertinent information for each claim is provided by the responsible parties involved to meet manufacturer standards.
- Assist the Service Manager with all daily service needs and operations including customer invoice posting
- Provide administrative support within the dealership by working alongside service manager, technicians and service advisors.
Qualifications
- Warranty administrator experience
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Five plus years of automotive service experience required at a dealership.
