While this isn't a strict requirement, it would be a helpful advantage. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle repairs.
  • Document all work according to instructions and log findings in a specialized service platform.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and system checks, making recommendations for safe vehicle operation.
  • Ensure high-quality repairs and inspections are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a Quality Control specialist by inspecting and testing completed work.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams and business partners.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and assist with parts inventory management.
  • Safely operate workshop equipment following all safety standards and federal/state regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines).
  • Set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road use.
  • Occasionally travel locally to perform vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques, parts, and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technician.
  • Clean driving record and reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diagnostic experience with OEM systems, especially HV systems, hybrid drivetrains, CAN/LIN, HVAC, cooling, chassis, and suspension preferred.
  • Experience with Linux-based systems and embedded modules is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance optimization and OEM maintenance items is preferred.
  • ASE certification, manufacturer certification, or a technical trade school certificate/Associate Degree in automotive repair is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally when needed.
#ind123We thank all applicants for their interest. However, only those qualified individuals who closely meet the qualifications of the position will be contacted. The details of the position are only a summary, other duties may be assigned as necessary. Drug Screen may be required.
