Job Description: Job Description & Skill Requirement: We are seeking an experienced AUTOSAR Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. As an AUTOSAR SME, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of automotive software systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that our automotive software solutions comply with the AUTOSAR standard, meet customer requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Off highway and Automotive software systems Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop software solutions that meet their needs Ensure that software solutions comply with the AUTOSAR standard and other relevant industry standards Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, interface documents, and test plans To be responsible in formulating the product roadmap for customer projects, work with Product Owners and Business Leaders to define the technical product strategy Lead and mentor other team members to ensure that project goals are achieved Participate in software development processes, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment To articulate detail AUTOSAR migration road map as per customer requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AUTOSAR and other relevant technologies Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed of emerging trends and technologiesQualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Skills: 10-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in AUTOSAR Strong technical expertise in AUTOSAR, including knowledge of the AUTOSAR architecture, methodology, and tools. Experience with software development processes, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Strong experience in J1939 standard and associated AUTOSAR modules Hands on experience in AUTOPSAR OS , BSW and RTE design and development Functional safety implementation experience is plus Experience with automotive software development and familiarity with automotive industry standards At least 5+ years of experience Customer and Team handling Hands on experience on Mentor or Vector or ETAS tool chain Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and motivate other team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for project deliverables
