- Installation and Setup:
- Install and configure AV systems, including projectors, screens, audio systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure installations meet specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing AV equipment.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of systems post-installation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide clients with training on system operation and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.

Requirements
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is required.
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of commercial AV systems.
