As anOR1 Customer Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful planning and execution of complex Operating Room installation projects. You will oversee the implementation of AV and medical technology solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and customer-centric installations, while maintaining alignment with sales, technical experts, and deployment teams. Your role will be pivotal in transforming customer experiences, delivering post-install support, and driving long-term customer success.

This OR1 CSM should reside in the Great Plains region and will provide relocation assistance based on business needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Project Management:Lead end-to-end OR AV capital installation projects, ensuring timely and profitable delivery.
  • Customer Success:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless installation, training, and long-term value realization.
  • Sales Support:Collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales activities, proposal development, and project scoping.
  • Technical Expertise:Apply in-depth knowledge of AV integration, surgical technology, and enterprise IT to manage the intricacies of installation projects.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Capture and act on feedback, ensuring a best-in-class installation experience and fostering long-term client relationships.

What experience and skills will be needed:

  • Experience:5+ years in technical project management, AV integration, or medical device installations.
  • Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of hospital construction, cable management, AV/IP technologies, and medical imaging systems.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience).
  • Skills:Strong leadership, project planning, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Bonus points for:

  • Advanced knowledge of control systems, cable terminations, and surgical workflow.
