A Spa Receptionist at the Abbey Resort is an individual that with their smile, friendly personality and knowledge will be able to take care of every single guest that calls or walks in. He or she is responsible for checking guests in and out of the Spa, booking appointments, and take payments all while maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere. They must be able keep the desk area organized and always look well groomed. The ideal candidate is someone energetic, a team member who ready to give great service and someone with a positive Abbey attitude.
BASIC FUNCTION: Spa Receptionists are the first face a guest sees when they walk into the spa and the last interaction they have when they walk out. They must be attentive to guest needs.
