ABOUT YOU As an Aviation Data Specialist, you are detail-oriented and analytically minded with excellent organizational and communication skills. You possess the ability to review, analyze, and process revenue data, billing, and lease information accurately. With technical prowess and a strong problem-solving mindset, you resolve disputes and recommend improvements. Adaptable and collaborative, you effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring timely processing of billing data. Your financial acumen and customer-oriented approach make you an invaluable asset in managing various aspects of revenue data, lease management, and employee parking programs. What you will do: Orchestrate automated landing fees, process data, coordinate with airlines, and swiftly resolve disputes for smooth financial operations. Safeguard airport financial stability through meticulous maintenance of billing and lease data, overseeing rent processing, and harmonizing with clients, while optimizing systems. Manage contractual data at airports, overseeing records, collaborating with account managers, and ensuring data accuracy through auditing techniques. Skillfully handle aircraft parking fees, review and edit data, maintain system functionality, and provide exceptional client support for billing inquiries. WHAT YOU OFFER Bachelors degree in Business Administration/related field or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years experience in computer information systems, billing systems and/or analysis. Aviation industry knowledge a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, database management, billing systems software, and front-end client/server technologies including custom Oracle forms, MS Office Suite, and Crystal Reports.
