IMMEDIATELY HIRING!!! TEMPORARY FULL-TIME AVIATION RECORDS SPECIALIST
$18-$25/HOUR
M-F SCHEDULE
The Aviation Records Specialist will perform duties and responsibilities as listed below in support of the companys Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. They will be expected to possess the experience and knowledge listed in the Minimum Qualification section below. The Aviation Records Specialist ensures documentation of maintenance and alterations performed by company personnel and vendors on aircraft are complete and correct, in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. The Aviation Records Specialist will report directly to the Quality Assurance Records Supervisor.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS1-5 years experience working with records documentation required
1 years' experience with adobe and excel requiredExperience maintaining aircraft maintenance records preferred.Experience administering aircraft technical database programs such as CAMP, Flight Docs, RAMCO, and other aircraft records database programs preferred.Skills:
Strong attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Must possess excellent math skills, sound judgment and objectivity in decision-making.
Ability to work in a team environment with an eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the maintenance department and the company.
Possess a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of an organization
Must be proficient in a dynamic computerized working environment performing administrative tasks using
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Maintain an organized and functional work environment for records accessibility.
Credentials/Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalent.
