HQ Aero is currently recruiting for a RECRUITER in BRIDGEPORT, WV.We are currently looking for a someone who can utilize an efficient recruiting strategy to gather candidates that are qualified for our open positions. With an emphasis on customer service, you will engage in timely and strategic sourcing, qualifying, phone-screening, negotiating offers, and on-boarding competitive candidates to fill open job requisitions. The Recruiter will represent the HQ Aero culture and brand, fully portray the value of the employment opportunity, and champion the overall candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive talent sourcing techniques to attract and build a talent pipeline for key roles
- Communicate with candidates via telephone and email.
- Process incoming resumes and update database.
- Assist with prescreening candidates and with on-boarding process.
- Organize interviews; and retain feedback & recommendations
- Keep Lead Recruiter abreast of candidates; ensure candidates are tracking toward target start date
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Experience in Office Administration, Telemarketing, Customer Service or Human Resources preferred.
- Training provided.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to schedule and organize effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned tasks and functions.
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team environment and independent work.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

- Full-time Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
