Ready to join us?The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Recruiting Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the executive recruiting function, developing and implementing strategies to attract top executive talent, and ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in executive search and a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives. This is a hybrid role is based in New York City, New York and will require you to be in the office 3 days per week.How You'll Help Us Build a More Confident Future
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
- Lead and manage the executive recruiting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their executive hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates through various sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with executive search firms.
- Oversee the end-to-end executive recruitment process, from candidate identification and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting, continuously enhancing the recruitment process.
Key Relationships: •Reports to Head of Global Talent Acquisition •Direct reports: 5-10 •Key Stakeholders: Business Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition LeadersWhat you Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and executive candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and assessment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global organization and managing executive searches across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Certification in executive search or talent acquisition (e.g., AESC, SHRM-SCP).

The salary range for applicants for this position is $157,800-$210,000.
