The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Global Total Rewards at ETS is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with ETS's mission, culture, and business objectives.

This role oversees all aspects of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across ETS's global footprint, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent in diverse markets. The AVP works closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that support ETS's overall talent management goals on a global scale.

The AVP, Total Rewards reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

Strategic Global Leadership:

* Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking global total rewards strategy that supports ETS's mission, values, and revenue growth objectives across all regions.

* Drive the design and implementation of innovative global rewards programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention in diverse markets.

Global Compensation Management:

* Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation.

* Develop incentive and compensation structures that motivate key talent to achieve financial targets, enhancing overall business performance.

* Ensure competitive positioning through regular market analysis and benchmarking across different regions, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

* Partner with HR and finance teams globally to manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, equity adjustments, and budget forecasting.

Global Benefits Administration:

* Lead the management of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs globally, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs across all regions.

* Evaluate and implement new global benefit offerings, ensuring compliance with international labor laws and regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions.

* Collaborate with global benefits providers and brokers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Global Recognition Programs:

* Develop and implement recognition and rewards programs that align with ETS's culture and reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes across all regions.

* Monitor the effectiveness of global recognition programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

* Utilize advanced data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs globally, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

* Stay ahead of global trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in total rewards to ensure ETS remains a leader in the field.

Leadership and Team Development:

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global total rewards team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across different regions.

* Collaborate with global HR partners and other stakeholders to ensure total rewards strategies are effectively communicated and integrated across the organization.

Compliance and Risk Management:

* Ensure all global total rewards programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as international labor laws and standards.

* Manage risks associated with compensation and benefits programs globally, implementing necessary controls to protect the organization.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

* 15+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record of leadership in a complex, fast-paced global organization.

* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into comprehensive global total rewards strategies.

* In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership and stakeholders across diverse cultures.
