In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for all shared services learning within our multi-billion dollar Clinical and Pharmacy Solutions business - including program design, facilitation, measurement, and accreditation. This will be a comprehensive portfolio of learning programs that will encompass functional learning, strategic learning, business-specific learning, and technology-enabled learning. This program portfolio will support thousands of employees and contractors across the Clinical, Pharmacy, and Home Solutions segments.The Associate Vice President will report directly to the Vice President of Business Improvement, and will lead a multi-level organization of 100 employees with four direct reports.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and support high-impact functional learning programs in close collaboration with implementation teams that accelerate function-specific enablement and development of our people:Build stronger clinical skills to enhance judgment / decision-making and maximize impact with membersDevelop new behaviors to allow deeper collaboration with peers and membersDeploy training programs that allow all users to work most efficiently and effectively.Take a critical, 'outside-in' eye to the work we do, supplementing the clinical and service expertise of operations leaders and quality teams to ensure high value, rigorous work with outcome accountability.Focus beyond the process mechanics of operations, driving towards clinical practice knowledge and best-in-class service experiences to create strong connections to outcome accountability.Develop a tailored learning strategy and customized materials to cater to the unique needs of stakeholders to ensure learning is accessible and effective.Develop, adopt, and leverage data quality dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and associates who can benefit from additional learning.Evolve learning development ways of working to embrace team agility - organizing around the work and desired outcomes.Put forward strategies to advance associate acumen across multiple channels, including scheduled learning, on-demand learning, in-person learning, virtual learning, and just-in-time information.Offer a platform-based suite of the most effective, flexible contemporary learning techniques, methodologies, and technologies tailored to the needs of the individual business area.Invest in growing and developing the learning leaders of today and tomorrow.Ensure compliance with our accreditation bodies, concentrated in our URAC Pharmacy accreditations.Key Candidate QualificationsIn general terms, the successful candidate will have extensive experience (typically 10 years) in setting large-scale strategy for a learning agenda that aligns with larger organizational imperatives. This person will have a proven record of success in driving positive change and improvement within an organization. He/she will possess an unmistakable customer orientation, along with broad business and operations experience that extends beyond the immediate learning and development arena. Finally, this person will have a strong track record in building, developing, and leading a high-performing team of professionals, as well as leading cross-functional teams on a project-by-project basis. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.In addition to the above, the following technical qualifications and personal attributes are sought:Prior experience working in a consumer-centric company leading the learning function or related function.Strong leader of people who has successfully expanded and elevated the capabilities and performance of the team, and who has developed and maintained a dynamic and high-performing team culture.Knowledge of modern technology solutions and tools for adult learning.Experience in managing change by leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity.A thought leader who drives a future-focused agenda to build strategies from present to future state, and who anticipates changes and disruption in order to see opportunities for the future.Experience working in an Agile operating environment.Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the polish, poise, and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive-level audiences.Current or recent experience in a large, highly matrixed company (i.e., Fortune 250), with proven ability to influence leaders and key stakeholders, and to develop a 'followership' in such an environment.Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.Experience in a clinician role will be a plus.Scheduled Weekly Hours40#J-18808-Ljbffr
