We offer competitive compensation, great benefits, professional growth opportunities, community involvement, a positive work environment, and mentorship.We are looking for an AVP of Agricultural/Commercial Lending for our Chariton branch to cover Lucas, Clarke, and Wayne counties.The position entails analyzing credit history of new and existing agricultural and commercial loan applications and determining the applicants' eligibility using bank approved underwriting guidelines. This position ensures proper securitization of loan packages through the completion of all required loan documents. We are looking for someone that enjoys being involved in the community and will cultivate an active call program within the community and surrounding areas.QUALIFICATIONS:Qualified candidates have a four year degree in business, finance, accounting or economics or equivalent experience; minimum three years banking experience; and eight years lending experience required.
