You will lead the strategy and execution of our paid media program across the funnel to drive sustainable business growth. Channels include but are not limited to, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Display, CTV, Online Video, Audio, and OOH. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on performance marketer with the leadership presence to communicate strategy and results across the organization. You should be equally comfortable analyzing performance data and setting high-level strategy. You will be leading a team of talented marketing professionals and partnering with them to achieve targets.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.10+ years of experience leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics to run effective always-on media with a track record of managing teams of at least 6. Retail or fashion industry experience preferred.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans, but also lean in and execute when needed.Performance marketing expert who can optimize to different KPIs (i.e. CAC, CPA, ROAS, ROI) based on shifting business needs.Deep knowledge of key players in the performance marketing landscape and how to effectively utilize these partners across the media portfolio.Experience testing and scaling new marketing channels.Analytical and data literate with the ability to dig into tracking, metrics, and distill insights to tell compelling stories through data.Knowledge of vendors, tools, systems, and tactics across the evolving marketing landscape.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus at all levels of the organization.An enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working with all department leaders.Has an owner's mindset demonstrated by leading through ambiguity and digging into the details to solve problems.As ‘AVP, Paid Media', you will:Develop strategies and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Oversee budgeting process across media channels optimizing investment against KPIs.Continuously consume performance reports and other data to improve marketing campaigns.Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of innovation and data-driven experimentation.Work closely with measurement and finance teams to improve attribution, forecast and report on ROI, and communicate results to leadership.Lead a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team success.Manage and cultivate relationships with key media platforms and agency partners.Be comfortable presenting performance and strategy to senior leadership on a consistent basis.Easily articulate the business impact of your marketing activities in multiple ways.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $165,000 and $180,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
