For this role, we are looking for the ideal candidate to have a bachelor's degree, with a master's or MBA degree preferred, and 15+ years of experience within luxury brands in a leadership role. The candidate should have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to work collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Ability to elevate client experiences and nurturing of client relationships will be crucial for success in this position. The candidate is also expected to have strong commercial awareness. Ability to travel up to 50% of time. Ability to speak French is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Senior VP of Retail, you will support the implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies for aspects of retail brand development in the Americas. These areas include Client Development and Insights, Retail Operations and Performance, Retail Training and High Jewelry Development. Your role is instrumental in executing the rollout of these department initiatives across the network, driving both growth and consistency. This role is based out of New York.

Expected Salary Range: $200K to $250K / yearly
This role is annual bonus eligible.
