Awake, overnight staffing position (temporary assignment)We are looking for a natural caregiver with a desire to care for young adults diagnosed with autism and related special needs. Working as a caregiver, you will be closely supervising our students and ensuring their health and safety during the overnight hours. Provide safe and consistent supervision of students in accordance with their treatment plans. Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, dedication, caring and concern, and ensure all activities and interactions are designed to foster growth and development to each individual's highest level of accomplishment. This role is an awake, overnight position in a home setting, located Southborough, MA.Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in human services strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
