HVAC Service Technician

A Raleigh based heating, air, and plumbing company is seeking experienced HVAC service technicians to add to their team. This position is for those who enjoy getting their hands dirty, fixing problems, helping customers, and contributing to the greater good of the community. Responsibilities: - Consistently provide excellent customer service - Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC units and their components - Conduct routine preventative maintenance - Respond to service calls in a timely manner - Work closely with the dispatch team to keep customers informed - Explain and educate customers on system malfunctions and provide solutions - Embody the company's core values on every service call - Effectively communicate and collaborate with the call center, customers, and management - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Job RequirementsRequirements: - 4-8 years of residential/commercial experience - EPA certification - NATE & CFC certifications (preferred) - Electrical experience is a plus
