Title: Care Coordinator (case manager) nurse positions to collaborate with Nursing and Providers to support patient care within our Nahata'Dziil Clinic in Sanders, AZ.
Shift: Weekdays, Monday through Friday from 8a to 5p (no weekends or holidays).

- Orientation: Every other Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will pushed to the next scheduled NEO every other Monday
