We are NOW HIRING a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team. A great candidate for this role is someone with sales experience, excellent customer service, and a results-driven attitude.
SERVPRO Denver SE (Greater Denver) is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company that quickly responds to property damage emergencies ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to those suffered by individual businesses and homes. We are also one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.
POSITION: Commercial Account Executive
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of two years sales experience
Experience in the Commercial Cleaning, General Construction and Restoration or Insurance industry is strongly encouraged to apply
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude is required
Territorial Sales and Commercial Account Management experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred but not required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by generating new commercial relationships, executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information., identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 DOE + Commission opportunities
