**WHO WE ARE**

FLOWERBX is the disruptive online start-up that represents a new way to buy and send flowers. We are a direct to consumer flower delivery service that sources highest quality flowers directly from the growers and delivers them to our customers across 21 countries in Europe, and across the East Coast and West Coast of the US.

FLOWERBX Founder and CEO, Whitney Bromberg Hawkings, started the company in 2015 after working for Tom Ford for almost 2 decades. FLOWERBX has since catered to the fashion cognoscenti and tastemakers across all territories, being dubbed recently by the New York Times as Fashions Florist.

In 2020 we closed a GBP3 million (USD3.8 m) fundraising round with our focus now on accelerating growth and further US expansion. As well as our unique online offering, we also pride ourselves on our bespoke client services; supplying flowers for international luxury companies such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Vogue and Farfetch (to name a few), with FLOWERBXs signature style at the essence of each creation.

We do however also offer flexible working, with employees currently spending >80% of their work week working from home. For the right candidate, we will offer fully remote working with occasional travel.

You will join a team of impressive industry leaders who act as brand ambassadors, constantly spreading the word and vision of FLOWERBX.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Corporate Accounts Senior Manager, the B2B Sales Manager contributes to the FLOWERBX mission by working cross-functionally with internal teams as well as externally with new and existing clientele. This role supports the B2B and Events business lines at FLOWERBX and requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Develop, manage, and grow the B2B client base/sales pipeline. You will leverage and build relationships, facilitate project-based solutions and work with the cross-functional team to close large volume projects and events.

Promote FLOWERBX services to prospective and existing Business to Business clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include telephone contacts, office and site visits, in-store events, and more.

Leverage existing relationships with vendors to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities.

Work closely with the B2B and Events teams, conducting continuous follow-up on outstanding quotes and identifying new opportunities to generate additional sales.

Effectively represent FLOWERBX through outstanding product knowledge and outstanding service.

Develop and execute strategic business plan/sales strategy for driving sales growth across all territories.

Proactively seek opportunities for expansion in new industry verticals, including research + pipeline development.

Define success metrics for projects and initiatives and track them on a regular basis to ensure they are moving towards defined goals

Develop integrated solutions through collaboration and proactive communication.

Maintain/track your business pipeline using Magento.

**THE PERSON**

Our ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with experience working within the luxury market. You love to take initiative and have strong account management experience. This person should demonstrate a high level of ownership, as they would be the face of FLOWERBX to external accounts.

A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant sales experience, Contract Flower/Design/Fashion industry preferred and advanced product knowledge in the following categories is a plus: flowers/home products

Prior experience in B2B sales and/or retail preferred

A proven track record of driving meaningful sales growth with excellent proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving skills

The ability to build relationships both with cross-functional internal partners and external clients

Demonstrates ability to think creatively and work successfully in an ambiguous environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external customers/clients/business partners and build strong relationships across teams

The ability to travel during peak seasons

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
