B2B Services Marketing Manager (Healthcare Division) - HYBRID ROLE - FT. LAUDERDALE

Our client's rapidly expanding Sales and Marketing team is experiencing annual revenue growth of over 40% year-over-year, driven by increasing demand for nearshore outsourcing, digital transformation, automation services, and more. As a B2B Services Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of BPO and ITO services inbound marketing efforts focused in targeting companies in the healthcare vertical.

This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and lead generation strategy, with objectives to increase brand awareness, website traffic, qualified MQLs/SQLs, and ultimately new client acquisitions. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Expertise: Expand your expert Service Line marketing knowledge to effectively position our client's BPO and ITO services and capabilities through various [digital] marketing channels. Propose content strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation among targeted healthcare decision-makers.

Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize end-to-end performance for the Service Line's marketing channels, including:

  • SEO optimization for new and existing healthcare content
  • Paid ad campaigns for healthcare services (Google Search, Bing, LinkedIn, and Remarketing)
  • Email marketing tailored to healthcare audiences
  • Intent data programs
  • Social media
  • and emerging channels like Clutch, G2, Capterra, etc.

Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Develop, maintain, and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar for the Healthcare Service Line. Collaborate with healthcare practice leaders to gather input and ensure relevant, high-quality content creation.

Content Distribution: Define and execute a robust distribution strategy to maximize visibility across various channels, optimizing content performance and reach.

Industry Partnerships & Editorial Relations: Cultivate relationships with healthcare industry research analysts, content distributors, and relevant editorial channels to enhance our presence and boost content distribution for increased traffic and conversions.

Performance Measurement & Analysis: Regularly measure, analyze, and report on healthcare lead generation performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget allocated for the Service Line, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.

Content Archive & Consistency: Maintain and archive all content assets across the sales process, ensuring accessibility for all stakeholders and a consistent voice aligned with brand standards.

Skills and Experience**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 5+ Years of Experience in digital marketing, with a focus specifically in B2B marketing services, software, SAAS, ITO, BPO or technology services within the healthcare vertical .
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns within/targeting the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and present marketing strategies effectively.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing and strategies.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Must be based in South Florida (or close proximity/driving distance to the Fort Lauderdale area).
