Pay Rate: 35-43.00/hrInsight Global is hiring for a BA/QA Analyst to join a large, streaming service. This BA/QA Analyst will be joining the Direct-to-Consumer Organization and supporting the operations QA and Trials team. This BA/QA analyst will be working alongside other analysts while collaborating/supporting QA/ UAT testing channels. This BA/QA analyst will be responsible for gathering & writing requirements to assist in the management of trial users, trial app distribution, maintenance, and documentation. This analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Quality Engineering, Technology Delivery, PMO, Development, and Product Teams. This analyst has to be comfortable with asking probing questions and provide status updates/ responses to both internal and external customers. Furthermore, this analyst will have to monitor the Slack, Centercode & Trial Inbox for issues to ensure escalation of tickets to the proper business owners.
