Blackstone Steakhouse is looking for trusty, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team.To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management.

**Back of the House Positions include:**

* Executive Chef

* Sous Chef

* Pastry Chef

* Sushi Chef

* Line Cook

* Pantry Cook

* Prep Cook

* Fry Cook

* Sautee Cook

* Broiler

* Expediter

* Dishwasher

**Back of House Qualifications(varies based on position):**

* Proven experience in the fine dining establishment

* Experience in chosen position.

* Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.

* Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

* Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

* Ability to multi-task with ease

* Ability to stand on feet for long hours and lift 15 lbs.

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

* Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
