Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience, startup experience a plus.
- Expertise and strong coding abilities in core backend technologies, including but not limited to relevant languages (Go/Rust), databases, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with Go and Rust is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- A profound understanding of web3 technologies, protocols, and best practices, with an eagerness to continuously learn and adapt in this domain.
- Significant open-source contributions, reflecting your dedication to quality software and impactful work.
- Mastery in designing resilient systems and APIs from scratch, emphasizing robust architecture and scalability.
- Optional but encouraged: Demonstrated achievements in competitive realms such as programming contests (e.g., ACM-ICPC, topcoder) or Capture-the-Flag events (e.g., CSAW, DEFCON).
