As a key member of a small team, you'll drive the development of critical systems and have a significant impact.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize order matching algorithms and data feeds.Design and maintain high-availability clearing systems.Lead integrations with market makers and brokers.Stress-test systems for robustness and efficiency.Create and refine new market structures and trading features.Collaborate with customers to define and deliver impactful features.Deliver high-quality work quickly and independently.About You:4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in relational databases.Experience with highly concurrent systems and improving engineering processes.Passionate about delivering high-quality work.Bonus Points:Experience with financial systems, FIX API, or broker connectivity.Proven experience with large-scale systems and customer interaction.Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.Our Culture: We value hard work, ownership, and innovation.
