We are working alongside our client in the bacteria manufacturing space, looking to hire a US Operations Director.

The Role

This position is responsible for the effective management of 2 bacteria plants. The role would oversee teams and operations to meet the operational objectives, in line with operational budgets and strategic corporate alignments of the business unit. He/She ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), current regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices, product licenses, corporate policies, and safety practices.

Requirements\Qualifications

• Experience in bacteria manufacturing/production is a must.
• Technical and regulatory knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Manufacturing leadership experience.
• Technical knowledge of fermentation processes is an asset.
• Experience working in a multi-site company, an asset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
