Your expertise will ensure that every loaf, roll, and specialty bread meets our quality expectations, helping create memorable experiences for our guests.THE STARTING RATE: $18 Per HourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare bread dishes for various outlets by following recipes and yield guides with precision
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of your work areas
- Process requisitions correctly and place them in designated areas
- Label and date products to guarantee food safety and sanitation
- Set up and break down your workstation daily
- Assist in gathering ingredients and restocking supplies needed for service
- Collaborate with management, chefs, and service staff to address any needs or guest requests
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler's card
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
- 1 + years of prior baking experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality bread
