If you are looking for something different from standard baking - this is the place for you.
We use traditional long fermentation and we mill our own flour from rice, quinoa, and buckwheat. If you like working in a small team and enjoy natural baking without additives we would like to hear from you.
If you are a new baker - we are happy to train you and if you are a very experienced baker you will hopefully enjoy learning something new. We have been going for 20 years and there are management opportunities for the right people. Pay is 12 - 14 per hour.
