Baker Requirements: Preferred candidates will have one or more years of experience baking bread. Must be able to work long hours on nontraditional shifts. Preferred candidates will have experience with hand crafting bread. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of various baking equipment.. Successful Baker candidates will have some of the following experience: Experience mixing a large variety of dough. Knowledge of both rack and deck oven operation. Experience with dough dividers, roll machines, and bread lines is a plus. Other Requirements: Must have basic math skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Attention to detail.
