Your role will be to Being part of a dynamic team at The Biscotti Company, overseeing the daily operations of biscotti production, from start to finish.. You will be a member of the baking team and report to our founder. What You Will Do: Prepping Ingredients: Ensure the meticulous preparation of high-quality ingredients for biscotti production. Weighing Dough: Accurately measure and weigh dough to maintain consistency in the baking process. Shaping Biscotti: Skillfully shape the dough to create the distinctive and desired biscotti form. Cutting Biscotti: Precisely cut the shaped dough into individual biscotti pieces with attention to detail. Packing Biscotti: Carefully package the freshly baked biscotti, ensuring proper presentation and quality. Cleaning Tasks: Undertake regular cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic bakery environment, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Baking Food Handling Knife Skills Salary range for this position is $18 - $21 per hour.
