What You'll Do:As a Baker at Festival Foods, you will:Recipe & Production Control: Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items. Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkageHealth & Safety: Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage. Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests by assisting them with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns. Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and ensure guest satisfaction. Stock Monitoring: Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production-level, especially for early mornings and evenings. Quality Standards: Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
