We are looking for a baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious desserts. They should be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.The salary range is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorating baked goods using icing, sprinkles, and other toppings
- Monitoring inventory and ordering ingredients as needed
- Ensuring the kitchen and baking equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Possess a valid drivers license
