As a Bakery Apprentice, you will play a vital role in creating delicious pastries and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Bakery Department, including clerk and cake decorating functions. Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: Prior experience working in Bakery or related industry
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
• Perform bench work according to established scratch procedures when necessary
• Prepare and bake products according to specified recipes and standards
• Provide exemplary customer service and suggestive selling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Record and fulfill special orders for bakery products
• Assist in maintaining backroom and storage areas
