Description Seeking responsible, motivated individuals to join our Bakery Counter Team! Cantoro Bakery Department is a high volume gourmet bakery counter offering made from scratch authentic Italian baked goods made fresh daily. Our culture is rooted deeply in customer service and providing an exceptional shopping and dining experience to all of our guests. We believe our counter service is our sales force. 1 year food retail service/restaurant experience is preferred. Candidates must be presentable, reliable, have good communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination. Knowledge of Health Department regulations for proper handling of foods preferred. Depending on experience, pay rate can be negotiated, but open and flexible availability is a must. Full Time positions available immediately! Responsibilities
- Anticipate and deliver exceptional service consistently.
- Help any area of the department when needed.
- Must keep bakery case presentation impeccable.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service/bakery preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, storage/handling.
- Have open availability (Counter shifts are from 12pm-8:30pm)
- Stand on feet for 8 hours, lifting and bending
- Be able to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Requires ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS.
