Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect:BASIC FUNCTION :Sound working knowledge of Bakery Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manages Bakery operations to achieve established sales, marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes mixers, grinders, scales, fryers, knives and sanitizing equipment.WORK ENVIRONMENT :Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
