Job Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of talented bakers to successfully carry out the daily production of a variety of laminated doughs, pastries and breads Ensure that all production processes adhere to the highest standards of food safety requirements, maintaining a clean and organized workspace Demonstrate exceptional skills in managing both Front of House and Back of House staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Implement and enforce Safe Practices to guarantee a safe working environment while maximizing efficiency in production Uphold the exceptional quality of baking that Boosalis Baking is renowned for, consistently delivering top-notch products to our loyal customers Develop and implement new recipes and baking techniques to keep the bakery menu fresh and exciting Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste Company Information: Boosalis Baking has proudly served the Kenwood community for the past 3 years, following a successful 15-year establishment in Dayton.
