Job tasks may vary from day to day depending on production needs. Produces quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs Ability to follow directions and procedures. Meets outlined production standard goals. Understands uses and safety protocols of all equipment on production floor. Communicates critical information clearly and in a timely manner. Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of the bakery production industry. Reliable transportation. Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Work Schedule Flexibility – Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old.
