As an Operations Services Supervisor at First Citizens Bank, you will be responsible for the operational management of one branch and managing the team of service line associates. Processes teller transactions and other customer service requests. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools and resources. Responsible for identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This position supports the sales efforts of a branch team.

The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management
OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management
Preferred Area of Experience: Bank Management or branch supervisory experience
Skill(s): Financial literacy, Knowledge of retail banking products and services, Operations management
The base pay for this position is generally between $24.21 and $37.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
